My Mallorca Project was established in 2014 to project manage house building and house renovation projects in the Soller valley of Mallorca. Our aim is to make the experience of creating your dream home as pain-free as possible, helping you to choose an architect in tune with your ideas, guiding you through the planning process, gathering quotes for your project and helping you choose the right builder for your budget.
We work with the very best locals companies and craftsmen to offer you the most "bespoke" experience. In that respect we'll be there for you from start to finish and beyond, making sure that your project stays on budget and schedule, ensuring that the work is up to scratch and, most importantly, making sure that you get the home that you want.

Thierry Guillet has a 25 years background in sales, marketing and customer service for prestigious luxury brands, including Tiffany&Co, Yohji Yamamoto and Jean-Paul Gaultier, before branching out into top-end real-estate development in London.
With a degree in Art History from London Birkbeck University, he is passionate and knowledgeable about art, design and architecture,.
Thierry started renovation project management in Mallorca in 2014.
